Final tweaks for the Castilian Spanish translation; adjust some loose ends and workaround the visual glitch in short ResetOKMessage strings (it keeps part of the previously scrolling text onscreen or only draws it partially on top) by right-padding with spaces. Document the undocumented SettingStartSleepOffChar that isn't mentioned anywhere but starts in sleep mode but keeping the tip off.
